Aaron Sims is an accomplished concept artist, creature designer, and visual effects supervisor. He has worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years, contributing to projects such as The Walking Dead, Planet of the Apes, The Avengers, and Stranger Things.
Sims began his career as a traditional artist, but transitioned to digital art and entered the world of visual effects in the mid-1990s. He soon became known for his work in creature design, creating memorable monsters and aliens for films such as War of the Worlds, I Am Legend, and Pacific Rim.
In 2010, Sims founded his own visual effects studio, Aaron Sims Creative, which specializes in concept design, visual effects, and virtual reality experiences for film, television, and video games.
Sims has won multiple awards for his work in visual effects, including a Primetime Emmy Award for his contributions to American Horror Story: Freak Show. He continues to push the boundaries of visual storytelling through his innovative designs and stunning special effects.
